By engaging in these services, you are committing to a process of Individuation that requires your active participation. I am your partner in this laboratory, but the primary driver of transformation is your willingness to move toward your Social Importance. 2. Confidentiality & The "External Memory" Audio Capture: To facilitate 100% Mindfulness, sessions are audio-recorded. These are strictly confidential and used solely to synthesize your Insight Reports. Data Security: Once your report is finalized, audio files are handled according to secure data protection standards. Ethics: I am bound to break confidentiality only if there is a clear and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law. 3. The Accountability Loop (Cancellation & Rescheduling) Consistency is the foundation of Somatic Regulation. The 24-Hour Rule: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Investment Protection: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee. 4. Somatic & Energy Integration We address the physical "hardware" to support the psychological "software." Because the nervous system reacts to both physical and mental stimuli, we offer two modes of somatic regulation: Energy Therapy (In-Person): We utilize biofield techniques and hand movements near the body to settle the Autonomic Nervous System. This creates the physical safety needed for deep psychological work. Visualization Therapy (Online): For remote sessions, we utilize guided Visualization Therapy. Because the brain's neural pathways for "seeing" and "feeling" overlap, directed imagery achieves a similar regulatory effect. This method allows you to clear somatic blockages and settle your stress response from any location, turning your mind into a tool for your own physical balance. 5. Payment & Insight Delivery Payment: Fees are due at the time of booking or according to your chosen Investment Tier. Report Delivery: Your written Insight Report will be delivered within 24–48 hours. This is your tactical map; please review it before our next Evaluation Loop.
